Ownership structure

“Port of Kotor” was registered in the Central Register of Commercial Entities on 12 September 2002, as a joint-stock company for services in international maritime traffic. The majority owner is the Municipality of Kotor with 56.97% share in the total ownership of the Company. Other owners include Pension and Disability Insurance Fund participating with 17.5%, Joint Custody Account with 11.5%, and others with 14.3%.
